Acceptance of order
By submitting an order for products listed on our website you are making an
offer to purchase those products. The order becomes accepted and the contract formed as soon as you receive an email confirming that your order is being processed according to your delivery instructions and once full payment has been received.
Availability
Please note that whilst we endeavour to keep the website as
accurate and up to date as possible, we cannot guarantee that all items
shown as in stock will be as such at the time of ordering. In
the unlikely instance that an item you ordered is unavailable, you will be
notified by email and given the option of awaiting backorder of the product, or
sending any other items that make up your order, as complete. Any due refund will be processed immediately.
Delivery
All orders are shipped as soon as possible once full payment has
cleared, typically within 1-2 days. You
will then receive an email to confirm that your order has been successfully
completed and dispatched according to your delivery instructions. Please allow adequate time to receive your
order; for UK
customers this is typically 3-5 working days and approximately 1-2 weeks for
overseas delivery, depending on the location and method of shipping. Whilst we endeavour to ensure the
timely delivery of your order, please note that we are unable to guarantee specific
dispatch or delivery dates unless specifically stated.
You should notify us by email if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time. Most postal organizations operate within a delivery timeframe and will only consider an item lost once this period has fully elapsed. If after this period your order has still not been delivered, we will then of course be in a position to issue and dispatch replacement items.
Special note for international customers
Interstellar Sounds are not responsible for any import duties, customs
or sales taxes, or any other additional fees that your package may incur upon
arrival in your country. If you are
unsure as to whether your package may be subject to these or similar charges,
you are advised to contact your national customs office for more information.
Cancellation
You may cancel or alter your order at any time prior to dispatch by
sending email notification to sales@interstellarsounds.com
Please note that all publications, audio and video recordings are
supplied on a firm sale basis and that we are unable to exchange or refund
unsealed items. Sealed media and items
of clothing may be cancelled up to 7 days upon receipt of your order. Any items to be returned must be sealed as
supplied with all packaging and labels fully intact and in as new condition, or
in the case of clothing items, these must be unwashed and unworn.
When returning cancelled items all return shipping costs shall be
incurred by the customer. For overseas
customers this may include additional import taxes or duties.
Please be sure to contact us for authorization before returning any items,
or if there are any problems with your order.
Returned goods will be accepted for refund or exchange by prior
arrangement only. It is the customer's
sole responsibility to ensure that any returned items are packaged and mailed
securely. You are therefore advised to
obtain a "proof of posting" receipt from your post office, as this may be
required to make a claim in the event of any item becoming lost or
damaged. Interstellar Sounds cannot
accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst on their return.
Refunds for cancelled items will be processed as soon as possible and
credited within 30 days maximum.
Returns
Should you receive an incorrect, incomplete or defective item, please
notify us within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to
sales@interstellarsounds.com detailing the problem. We may ask you to return the defective or
incorrect item. In this instance the
return shipping cost incurred by the customer will be refunded (usually up to a value no higher than the original shipping amount) and if we need
to dispatch a replacement item this will be undertaken at our expense.

We use SSL encryption (2048 bit industry standard) to
ensure that your personal and order information is transmitted safely and
securely between your computer system and our server. Any information you provide will be used
solely by us for the purpose of processing your order or supplying requested
updates and will not be disclosed under any circumstances to any third party.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure the information contained within
this website is accurate, current and complete, we make no warranties as
such. In addition, no representations or
warranties are made as to the suitability for any specific purpose of any
such information, graphics or available downloads, or that the software or the
server that makes any of these available are free from viruses or other harmful
or malicious elements.
Interstellar Sounds does not accept liability for any errors and
omissions and reserve the right to change descriptions and prices of listed
products without notice.
In the event that you order an item and the price listed on the webstore
is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the correct price and request as to whether you wish your order to be processed at the correct price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that is listed at an incorrect
price.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss as a
result of, but not exclusive to, delayed or failed delivery of products, or the
inability to deliver products you have ordered for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
We reserve the right to review and make changes to these terms and
conditions at any time without notice.
