Ordering is easy! Simply add
any items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart using the 'Add to cart'
button or 'Buy it now' button located beside each product. You can view the
items in your cart at any time by clicking the 'View cart' icon, located in the
top right hand corner of the screen. When you have completed your shopping,
simply click on the 'Checkout' button where you will be directed to view your
order summary. Here you will be able to change the order quantity for
individual products if required. In addition you will be required to select a
shipping option from the dropdown box. Please click here for details of our
shipping charges.
Once a shipping option has been selected, you will then be required to enter a
few personal details, which include your name, billing address, shipping
address and contact information. If you have already registered with us, simply
login by entering your login/username and password to continue with your order.
Once this step has been completed you will then be directed to view your final
order summary including all shipping costs. Please take a moment to review your
order carefully and make any necessary alterations. Once you have submitted
your order you will be directed to the appropriate payment gateway.
Payment
We accept payment by debit or credit card, PayPal, personal cheque, postal
order, bank transfer or cash. Please select your preferred method of payment
from the options provided in the order summary. You will then be directed to
our payment gateway, where you will be able to enter your payment details and
complete your order. All credit/debit card payments made to Interstellar Sounds
are handled by our secure payment provider. PayPal payments are
handled by the PayPal secure server.
Please note that all orders completed via the PayPal payment option will only be despatched to the confirmed PayPal address included within the corresponding PayPal transaction.
If you wish to mail your payment please select the appropriate option and you
will be redirected to a detailed copy of your invoice. Please print a copy of
this invoice to be mailed with your payment. We will accept payments made by UK
cheque, UK
postal order or cash in GBP only. All cheques/postal
orders must be made payable to Interstellar Sounds. We do not recommend sending
cash by mail and all cash is sent solely at the sender's risk, but if you
choose to do so, then we recommend that only a guaranteed mail service that
provides adequate insurance be used. Please note that we are unable to accept
International Money Orders or cheques in non-UK currency. Please note that if
sending payment by post, your order will be reserved for a maximum of 4 working
days for UK
customers, and suitably longer for overseas customers. Please contact us if you
are experiencing problems sending payment.
Should you wish to pay via
bank transfer, we will confirm our account payment details, or our IBAN/BIC
reference for international bank transfer, via email as soon as we receive your
order with instructions to pay as such.
Please note that Interstellar Sounds cannot be held responsible for any
bank charges or/and fees that may be incurred either by itself or the sender as
a result of payments being made by bank transfer or international bank transfer
or/and as a result of payments made in currency other than standard UK
currency.

Delivery
All orders are shipped as soon as possible once full payment has cleared,
typically within 1-2 days. You will then receive an email to confirm that your
order has been successfully completed and dispatched according to your delivery
instructions. Please allow adequate time to receive your order; for UK
customers this is typically 3-5 working days and approximately 1-2 weeks for
overseas delivery, depending on the location and method of shipping. Whilst
every effort is made to ensure the timely delivery of your order, please note
that we unable to guarantee specific dispatch or delivery dates unless
specifically stated.
