'Gesamtkunstwerk' is the combines two gargantuan EPs from the obscure Dataphysix Engineering imprint, which sprung into life without fanfare from within the darkest realms of Detroit sometime in the early nineties. The sound emanates of Drexciyan isotopes - cold, stark, machine-funk and at times downright amusing, check some of the tingue-in-cheek 'vocals' on 'Scientist' and 'Plastiphilia' to see what I mean, "I want to make love to a manikin." Hmmm, okay! Undoubtedly beholding some of the most daring electro of its time, this remastered package is not to be missed. Just go with it! Cool as f*** and don't let anyone tell you any different!
